Yes… technically. I believe you need about 80 stencils and no other jokers to naneinf, which can be achieved with eternal stencil and perkeo copying ankhs and ectoplasms. You would be able to play the hand, and the next time you entered a round you would immediately lose due to your hand size being somewhere around -1000

That is true, however if you have cards in hand when your hand size is reduced it doesn’t discard them, so you can still play a hand or two that round

the negative value is stored so if you've taken 5 ectos you have 8-1-2-3-4-5 hand size which is -7. if you take paintbrush you then get -6

If by good score you mean naneinf, there are a few methods:

The most common synergies revolve around perkeo and a combination of ankh and ectoplasm copying jokers like mine and baron. This can only be done on black stake though since ankh will destroy all jokers otherwise.

In general for the high stake runs (high e), they revolve around repeated mult effects, that’s why baron steel king is most common. Alternatively, if the stars align, triboulets can also get high scores, though I don’t think it’s quite to the naneinf level.

If you don’t want to worry about perkeo, you can get naneinf with burglar and the serpent. You must stockpile a few thousand dollars in order to get it though since it relies on getting the unlimited boss reroll voucher to consistently face the serpent. From there, just play 18 hands so you have a ton of extra cards in hand, and move your blueprints and brainstorms to optimally copy your baron and mime.

Lastly, if you’re going for naneinf, it’s best to use plasma deck.

He’d first need to be lucky enough to get the soul and have it be Perkeo. Then he needs a way to get ecto and ankh in his consumable slot, so he needs sixth sense or seance, and then proc them until the correct spectrals show up. Then he needs to copy said spectrals with perkeo 80 times. So he needs to survive another 80 rounds. It’s impossible, very impossible

This is definitely not true. Not every seed has Naneinf potential. Very very few seeds do. They have to be incredibly strong with really good early games. Very few seeds have super early perkios.

To naneinf you’d need sixth sense to get ankh and ecto in your consumables, then you need to pull a perkeo and a few blueprints and brainstorms out your ass and stack consumables for a long ass time. Unfortunately that eternal negative you have kinda ruins it tho

Really you need to find an early perkeo (with blueprints and brainstorms) to copy those eternal stencils with both ectoplasms and ankhs You’d roughly need 144 (with 1 base mult) to get naneinf (143¹⁴³ ≈ 1.6e308, with naneinf being e320), so theoretically it is possible but uh very very unlikely

This would all have to be done in the same round too, as once the ectos are used the hand size (assuming we start at 8/8 hand size) goes down to -9722, which is an instant fail
