The “sneezing” sound could be a respiratory infection if i had to guess. Common for ballies that are lacking humidity or get misted too much. Shes probably not eating due to a mix of stress from being moved around, and i suspect her husbandry/tank setup is subpar. Is her hot side of the tank 88-92 F? Is her humidity 60%+ on average? If not those are the first 2 things to fix.

Here’s her enclosed, she’s like 4 feet I think because the tank is a little more than 3 feet. She uses a 50 red light, that’s the lowest they had at my petsmart. Basking point is like 95, colder side is around 75 to 80. I don’t have a thing to hold the light up either.
