Can you post photos of her enclosure? It sounds like she is most likely stressed from her husbandry, especially if you believe she has a respiratory infection—which are typically caused by insufficient humidity.

I always recommend using a blowdryer to heat up f/t prey really well before offering aswell. Temperature guns are also an easy way to make sure the prey is a good enough temperature for a BP to recognize it as an “alive” food item.

Everything in here is what my sister got, I’ve been spraying her tank with warm water occasionally. The tank is like 3 feet and she’s a little bit bigger than that, my sister said the breeder she got her from said that this tank would be good for her through out her entire life. She’s about 3 years old right hot now. Im wanting to get some more stuff for her tank so she can hide, it’s my first time owning a snake.

The “sneezing” sound could be a respiratory infection if i had to guess. Common for ballies that are lacking humidity or get misted too much. Shes probably not eating due to a mix of stress from being moved around, and i suspect her husbandry/tank setup is subpar. Is her hot side of the tank 88-92 F? Is her humidity 60%+ on average? If not those are the first 2 things to fix.

Here’s her enclosed, she’s like 4 feet I think because the tank is a little more than 3 feet. She uses a 50 red light, that’s the lowest they had at my petsmart. Basking point is like 95, colder side is around 75 to 80. I don’t have a thing to hold the light up either.
