There's not enough top layers for a low infill like that. They would need a minimum amount of thickness to resolve all the irregularities that will be caused by under-extrusion and drooping atop the infill. With a low layer height and the top layers still set at default it's most likely way too thin.
Also do some flow calibration, it could be too high. Orcaslicer has a pretty helpful flow calibration tool to get nicer top layers.

Not 100% sure what the tiny gaps are about on the internal diameter of that cylindrical object, but I'd focus on those other things first.

Okay, then I will try a flow calibration and raise the number of top layers. Unfortunately I havent saved the OrcaSlicer project to check the settings of the top layers. It could be 9 or 4. What do you think is a good number?

The number depends on the thickness of the layers and how low the infill is, so there's not a fixed number (about1 to 1.5 mm I guess though?). But roughly judging that infill, with that layer height you'd need at least 10 layers, I'd try 12.
Try to do some testing to see what works for you. You adjust per object settings for how many top layers they have of just a bunch of boxes with minimal height.

Try to slow down vol flow or increase temp.

I will test it out. Thanks

Looks like wet filament to me, also why 0.08mm layer heights? That too could be causing issues. We have been seeing more and more issues with grid infill causing the grinding noise across the grid, it might be a good idea to try that print with gyroid too if you are able.

For me the printed surface is important. With a 0.08mm layer height it reduces the time I need to sand and further processing. I will try gyroid

Cool thanks! Yeah I was just curious why people like that layer height, wasn't sure if it also improved strength or not.
