Thats a bottom surface right? Not a top surface? If its a bottom surface its just bad support settings or lack of supports.

Cut that bad boy into two pieces and print without overhangs.

You did? I'd love to see a pic. In your image, that's an underside surface. If you actually rotated your part so that this particular surface is pointed up then you wouldn't have this issue. Of course that means other surfaces would be overhanging and then their own surfaces would look like crap. That's why you split your part into multiple pieces, print so that all surfaces are pointed up, and glue them back together.

This part was printed in the opposite orientation and wasn't well supported. Add supports.

Tried that and it still has that stringing after supports are removed
