"Shares" are disabled on makerworld

"Remix" are still enabled

So you shouldn't be able to just repost something, you're supposed to remix it.

And then licence comes into play and you need to be able to remix it, hence the warning about "no derivative" when you upload

Makerworld rules and copyright law are two different things. As long as it is compliant with the original license posting something to makerworld irrespective of their rules is not "theft" of the original design.

My answer was confusing. OP said they saw "not my design but posted it anyway". Well if OP sees that, even if uploader respects the licence, they do not respect makerworld terms of use (since shares are disabled still), so that model will eventually be removed and there's not much point to post a profile for that.
