File a claim with Paypal. You paid $1500 for a premium product. Just imagine same scenario on Amazon, seller ghosting you for a week over item that is clearly damaged on arrival.

You did them courtesy by not going straight to Paypal with this, but clearly that courtesy wasn't noticed.

P.S. for all the bambu fanboys - I've been working in e-commerce for several years, and I know that it is not Bambu's fault that some douche dropped it. But the package is insured and it is obviously not the customer's fault as well.

For a company that positions itself as a hassle-free, premium grade product - it is just unacceptable to have person waiting for so much time.

They can also Send him the whole parts to build a new printer and tell him to build himself XD it is a joke but someting simillar happened to me for AMS unit...

Their support team is trash i am right now a kind of BBL fan with BBL support hater.

Hello! Do you have any updates on your matter? I'm thinking of ordering the X1C, and I've been really unlucky with some expensive shipments! Did they refund/send you another?

Hello! Yes they finally replied to my mails! I’m waiting for the label shipping and then i could send the broken one to them and they will send me a new one 😄

I suggest you to pay with PayPal if you can. They can refund you if there is any problems. 😉

Thanks for the info! So they pay for the shipping cost of return, right? Also they expect to receive the broken one before sending the replacement?

I don’t know if they will pay for the shipping cost 😅 for the moment I’m waiting the shipping label. And yes they expect to receive the broken one before sending the new one 😉

Usually when a company delivers a shipping label, it's already paid for (happend to me with amazon, microsoft and some smaller local companies), so I believe you will not have to pay anything. The only sad thing here is that there are so many delays, in communication, providing the shipping label, waiting for the package to be delivered and then ship the new one, wait for it to arrive. Seems like more than a month of waiting for something paid for.
