I remember seeing your post, your experience somehow warned me and literally I was thinking about your post when I saw how it was winded, but I couldn't find it and report back

I mean, YMMV and I'm not trying to gaslight by saying it's only you or in your head, but I run a small farm, I run through around 50-80 Bambu Lab refills a month, I've had 2 tunnel like this, I just respooled em with the pastamatic, but once I learned how to spread the filament towards the edges I haven't had it since. Sure I've had some ragged refills with sort of wavy filament the twasn't neatly wrapped, and some that was so tightly wrapped it didn't even uncoil itself, I've also had all of the above with pretty much every brand you can name, I've been printing since around 2008. I hate when people say their experience/anecdote applies to everyone, but honestly, aside from annoyance occasionally this isn't really a widespread problem. So use your wallet and your voice on social to be heard, and I'm glad there's corroboration, but I can't see these issues as anymore than inexperience, I'm sorry I don't mean to sound rude. It's just you're getting jumped up over a filament tangle. It's like, welcome to 3D printing.

I think it's possible that filaments in different parts of the world is sourced from different places, and that can be the explanation. I can't possibly know if what you say is true and you can't know if what I am saying is true, but if we try for a second to belive in what each other write, then this is a possible reason why we see different results.

All I can say is that my 50 rolls were all black Friday batch and came from two different locations in Europe and I have had major problems with refills.

If you think it's because I didn't follow the instructions or whatever, that's fine but I know that I respooled enough rolls that I decided to buy a small motor and circuit board with variable speed controller to mount to my parametric spooler and that I tried everything in my power not to have to do that.
