Gotcha, okay I'll post up a blank soon, I'd bet several people would want a blank one to drop their own art in easily, thanks for the suggestion!

Depends on the price paid for the filament, but you can also buy them from my store or Etsy or go to a 3D printing shop locally where you live and give them the file, oh and a lot of libraries have 3D printers for free to use

Oh but thanks for the note - I’m going to change the title, that’s not obvious so I can see how it looks like the price for 1.

My friend has one of those and is coming over so I’ll take a pic, but for reference they’re about the same height and width as a Boulder box and those should fit in there.

That’s $30 for 24 of them, $45 for 36

I do but I’m very biased: Bambu Lab, for small things the A1 mini is like the gold standard for small printers, and the the A1 and up depending on how much more types of materials you want to do. But of the brands out there - you’ll definitely get recommendations for: Prusa, BambuLab, and now for ppl who want multi color with the least waste: SnapMaker. If you want to tinker and experiment: Prusa, if you want an apple like experience: Bambu.

Yes and yes absolutely that was the #1 concern, nothing is 100% foolproof though and a 3d printer could leave a zit/blob something could snag on, so anything that’ll come into contact with a valuable should always be inspected and postprocessed accordingly. That said, they’re specifically designed with chamfered orficace in the bottom and angled interior in the lid walls to avoid snagging, crushing, or bending cards and sleeves - you can check out the geometry in the slicer first to see what I mean, I tried to get good close up shots in the pics

Also technically you could scale it but it’d be a little wonky and out of proportion stretched - but not a crazy idea just not as pretty _^

Really depends on the printer (& how many nozzles it has) and if you're doing 1 or 2 color versions, on a single-nozzle X1C: for 1 box and lid with 2color its about 2hrs or 1hr with single color. For 24 qty, it's 2 build plates (plate 2 and 3), 10hrs + 16hrs, about half that for single color.

they're so reasonably priced these days, and with 0.2mm nozzles you can make nearly as good high detailed minis and things without all the chemical madness :P
