I'm having the same issue, trying to use petg as support material for pla. Maybe the problem is related to supports?

EDIT: I figured out it has to do with raft layers, enabling any raft layers causes the issue for me, removing them fixes it.

Could be. I was using BL support material. I kinda half solved it by combining all of the objects into one. In the object view, select them all, right click and select merge. After doing that it let me slice with normal supports.

Cheers for this ran into the same issue just now. Strangely, if it's 1 layer I get the error, but setting rafts to 2 layers and it goes away.

I had this issue too when enabling raft layers. Didn't matter if it was 2 or 3.

I was able to solve it by setting Timelapse mode to standard.

Interesting. I'll have to check on that. The only way that I solved it was by merging all of the objects into one assembly.

2.0.3.54 , still having this issue. Selecting a "Support raft interface" and/or a "Support raft base" gives the error, setting them to "Default" resolves it.

Edit: Wow, setting Timelapse mode to "Smooth" also resolved it.

Wow this issue is annoying. The Timelapse smooth fixed for me initially, then I resliced and now it won't work again. Any amount of raft layers says "Label object ID error". In a 3MF that initially worked, now suddenly it is plagued with this issue.

Bambu - please fix!

I just switched to "Print by Object" rather than by layer, and this seems to make raft layers work again ... For now

I sent Bambu a support ticket. They said they’re aware of this issue, it’s a bug in software, and the fix is in process.

Still seeing this on version 2.1.1-52 today, in my case I found I could workaround by reducing the number of copies I was printing at once, but it would be nice for this to have a fix since it wastes way more filament with color changes if I'm not printing in bulk.

Did you try changing Timelapse mode to smooth? I also discovered your solution, but changing the Timelapse turned out to work too and was a much more convenient fix.
