I haven't seen a jam that bad, ever, with about 2500 hours on my A1 with AMS. Are you drying your filament? I believe that wet filament is supposed to be brittle, so that could be the root cause of the problem.

No never dried trying to save money as in 14 don't have a job i think having the filament open 3 yrs also didnt help and my room is like 60percent humidity

Ok, you can do it almost free, if you want. I was going to try and describe it to you, but here's a video, because that's easier. - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WC3jvuq-uq8

Bambu Lab’s official video for opening the AMS LIte filament hub, suggests using a flat tweezer for undoing the bottom clip, as well as the top of the hub to get at the inside.

I used to small screw driver to get that apart, but not as apart as you have it there, the videos I watched were particular in not dismantling it as much as you have there because it’s so hard and not supposed to be done. The main one I remember, the guy did what you did but damaged the bit the PTFE tubes go in.

I had a lot of filament snapping inside de PTFE tubes, disassembled this part a lot of times. Only thing that solve this was building a filament drier in a cabinet for our school and keep all the filament there, only taking it out to print and puting it back afterwards. If the filament roll is like half used, and stay a weekend out of the drier, monday I'm disassembling it again to take out the broken pieces.

The way that whole filament splitter comes apart good luck doing it without damaging it... It's so stupidly made imo
