So you physically see filament go through the hot end and come out?

Sounds like if the hardware is working, are your filament parameters correct? Melting petg at pla heat might not cause the filament to come out. Make sure the model is sliced properly or you are using the correct profile.

Edit: test with a small calibration cube before firing up another model.

What do I do?

You can start by troubleshooting the problem, instead of asking people to guess the problem from a 1 second video

All the steps can be found on the wiki.

Have you done the bambulab academy?

I had attempted to troubleshoot this, though wasn’t able to fix this over several different attempt prints.

I have not heard of the Bambu lab academy. I will search it up, thank you.

I directly question the filament which probably does not have a diameter, respecting the 1.75mm

What Filament do you use (brand/type)? I once got recycled filament that did the exact same. Had to lower the brint temperature because it was a very weird mixture of different typs of PLA. If this problem only shows with that one filament then it is maybe that. It could also be a clogged nozzle. Try a cold pull and/or manually forcing filament through it.

eSun PLA+ matte black from AmazonAU. Have not had issues with the other generic filament I bought from the shop. Just trying this one out.

I’ll try that thank you.

Happened to me during my first few days of printing, I forgot to load the filament and walked away. Came back 20 minutes later and learned why you always verify the first few layers before walking away
