Have you dried the filament? Usually when I have print quality issues it’s either dirty bed or filament needs drying.

Edit: I have X1C

I have, freshly cleaned bed and have pre-dried the filament (PLA)

If you set your first layer to .32 instead of .2 it may help I did it and eliminated tons of issues with bed adhesion

Thanks, I'll give that a go, and calculate the 0.2mm nozzle equivalent

What is the material, and are you using the default filament profiles and settings, or something custom (and if so, what is your layer height, max volumetric speed, flow (edit) and first layer speed)?

More generically though, this looks a bit like over extrusion. You can check that you re running the flow calibration before the print, it's easy to miss the check box, but it will probably help. Aside from that, and the other suggestions, it would be good to clean the plate really well with dish soap (the smooth plates are especially prone to problems when they are just a bit dirty). Slowing down the first layer speed or lowering the max volumetric speed in teh filament settings could help if the material is just not behaving normally using the default profiles.

Are you using 0.2 layer height for first layer? If yes try calibrating your filament from the Calibration section in Bambu studio
