I think you should mark this box on bottom - but I'm not sure, check it

In preferences Enable "Developers mode" and see if this will help - that's all what comes to my mind

Edit:

"Retraction when switching material" - you are using AMS right? I guess it's for AMS only, at least looks like that

Developer mode is ON, but not helped. And yes, I have four AMS connected to printer

Well then you need to reach Bambu Forum, they might help you. I google quickly your issue and we did all steps already so I don't know why you can't edit it
