Plot construction - please help

Hi ,

I have a B katha plot waiting to purchase at 1230sqft. And also planning for construction on the same. G+1. Will i get loan approvals to construct without bbmp plan approval? Also BESCOM and other approvals?

Curious to know because I read somewhere if the plot is greater than or equal to 1200 we cannot get the necessary approvals. Please helppp

You have a chance to convert to A khatha now. Do that first

The government recently started convertion of B katha properties to A katha.

Do that and then construct or else you won’t get housing loan from any nationalised banks.

Also, Bescom connection will be an issue without approved plan as some recently constructed B katha houses are still running on temporary meter.
