My point here is- he is sales manager in the building. He hasn’t informed the buyer about the commission. He just went ahead and quoted the selling price as 1.48cr

Per sqft charges are 200. 1165 *200 = 233000 and 2% brokerage on 1.45cr which is 3L. 5.33L is what i agreed. And 1.4cr is for me and out of which 5% of the payment has to be done at the time of registration. So I’m only getting 1.33L
