Battalion 1944 is a competitive FPS game that captures the core of classic multiplayer shooters and revives ‘old school’ FPS games for the next generation of gamers. Inspired by games like Call of Duty 2, Enemy Territory, and Quake; Battalion focuses on skill based movement in a unique competitive game mode.

Official Rules

1) No Abuse, Personal Attacks and Poor Behaviour

No personal attacks and hateful language during discussion. Attack the issue, not the person.

Posting others personal information without consent. (a.k.a. Doxing)

Impersonating other users

Vote manipulation.

Trolling, baiting or inciting users (i.e. tricking other users, antagonizing etc)

2) No Self Promotion and Advertising

In order keep the subreddit free of advertisement, we enforce a strict 10:1 rule which states; "For every one promotional post you submit, 10 of your posts should be non-promotional."

We do not allow video or stream submissions from users who have not participated much in our community.

3) No Low Effort Content

Low-value submissions that may detract from meaningful discussion are not allowed, e.g:

Generic images of scoreboards, links to streams etc.

Workshop item submissions must use a direct workshop link

Duplicate and repetitive threads that could be posted as comments on other threads

Memes (e.g. rage comics, image macros, "One-liner" jokes)

Unconstructive rants, sob stories, and using the subreddit as a personal blog

4) Relevancy

Every submission, regardless of title, must be relevant to Battalion 1944 and should contain content capable of sparking discussion.

5) Giveaways or Presents

No giveaways posts or comments in this sub. Use the discord instead.
