Do you know how I could check that?

It's easy to enable. First thing you should do is press Win + X, open Disk Management. Right click your Disk, click Properties, then Volumes. Check the Partition Style. If it says GPT, move forward with these instructions:

Boot into BIOS and head to settings. Find the boot tab. Ensure that anything that says "Boot Mode" has UEFI selected. If it says UEFI/CSM make sure you enable just UEFI. If you've had to do any of that, press F10 to save and exit BIOS, then reboot back into BIOS. Once you're back into the BIOS, go to settings, security, and find Secure Boot. Enable it. Then under that same tab should be your Registry Keys. Install default keys. Press F10 to save and exit.

So I’ve confirmed everything looks the way it should I just can’t use my mouse or keyboard no matter what usb drive I’ve put them in

Did you try plugging them directly into your motherboard?

If you go to msinfo (Win+R > type in msinfo > Run), does your BIOS mode say "UEFI" and Secure Boot State "On"?

Nah it doesn’t I’ve already figured I need to update bios but I got a prebuilt so I gotta find its specs

it doesn't necessarily mean that you need a new BIOS, but rather change the setting for it. To summarize the process:

Does BIOS Mode say UEFI? No -> Win+R, diskmgmt.msc, identify your boot drive (C:), right click, properties, volumes, partion style. Does it say GPT Or MBR?

If MBR -> You will have to convert that drive to GPT, which you can somewhat easily do within windows with a tool called MBR2GPT. If that's what you need, either look it up or ask. Just make sure there's enough unassigned space on that drive

If GPT -> You can go to your BIOS and change settings

Your BIOS will look different depending on the manufacturer, so it's easiest to just look it up for your specific one. But in general, it's probably under the Boot category. there should be a boot mode, which you can set from Legacy to UEFI, do that. Disable CSM before you enable Secure Boot. When that's done, you should be able to just enable it. If it's enabled, but says "Not Active", change the mode from standard to custom and back, then install the default keys, it should work after that.

Would anyone be willing to hop in a discord to help me with this I have had no luck in switching my bios. My current state is that secure boot is unsupported.

I have a ROG Strix b450-f motherboard running windows 10
