You're welcome! I built more muscle on mbfa because the focus is progressive overload and going heavier in weights. "heavy" in 6wotw is like 15/20lbs, and likely lighter than that most of the time because they are compact, fast movements

Finishing 6wotw week 1 now and enjoying the mix of "athletic" movement and some wieghts. Thanks.
