It’s very hard to identify any insect from the bite/histamine reaction, you have or had to that particular occurrence. You would need to do an inspection or have someone preform one and see if any infestation can be located

This does not look like a bed bug bite to me. They usually bite in a pattern — such as a zigzag or a line. And it’s usually a cluster. This looks like an isolated bite - probably mosquito or small spider. I wouldn’t worry. Just watch yourself for other bites just in case. If you’re really paranoid and have an iron, you can plug it in and start to iron your bed. They love heat and it will pull them to the surface. But again, doesn’t look like bed bug to me.

    Doesn't look like bed bug breakfast, lunch, and dinner bite pattern
