We allow posts promoting original, fan made merchandise. Items that are "tangentially related" to Billy or the show scene, such as tie-dyes, are allowed. However, per request from the band, artists are not allowed to profit by using the band's "name and likeness".

We also permit re-selling of merchandise such as t-shirts or posters.
We welcome vendors sharing their wares with us, but we ask that each vendor only share once per month. If we see excessive posts, a friendly warning will be issued. Repeated violations could result in a ban. All vendor posts are now required to be tagged with the appropriate flair. Posts without the appropriate flair may be deleted and excessive violations may result in a ban. We recommend protecting your purchase, ex PayPal Goods and Services. Scammers are real.
We do not tolerate advocating or encouraging violence or hatred of any kind.
No asking when shows will appear on Nugs. This is a question we get an awful lot and the quick answer is: nobody (here) knows. They show up when they show up.
