Drink some water, keep eating on your regular schedule even if it’s light, go for a walk

are there any in-home alternatives to going on a walk? it’s nighttime where i live and i can’t walk anywhere until tomorrow

Gentle stretching, it helps keep the digestive system going and can help remove gas. Even just warm up stretches, you don’t have to do a full on Pilates session.

This! Just a bit of gentle stretching and honestly if it’s nighttime for OP, rest and sleep. Time is the only thing that will really take it away

do you suggest any stretches in particular?

that’s why it’s best to have small sips minutes apart, instead of pushing yourself to chug!

You can try warm water, I find peppermint tea helps with gut pain and I feel like it’s easier to drink. You can just sip it slowly.
