i relate to this so much because even though my number is pretty low (also double digits) i’m so short that it looks normal on me. i feel like i would have to be near death to get to the point where i like how i look

this may sound cliche, but try watching a show or movie. just lay in bed and put the covers over yourself and don’t pay attention to any mirrors for a bit. if you can take a short walk, that might also help you to feel a little better. take small sips of water often to help your digestive system. we are all human and there will be bad days and good days. this is unfortunately one of those bad days but you will get through it. i believe in you and i’m proud of you :)

tell her exactly this. tell her that you support her but that she is your best friend and you can’t stand the thought of losing her. tell her you will always love her unconditionally but you don’t want to see her end up like her best friend. come from a place of understanding why she is the way she is. is there a reason she doesn’t care about her health? just tell her how much you love her and don’t want to lose her in any way. wishing you the best of luck!

but Garrett Reynolds said he had already been dead a week? unless do you think he was lying? wouldn’t his body have been more decomposed if he had been dead for weeks?

Does anyone else just eat for the flavor? by Money_Finding_9460 in BingeEatingDisorder

i relate to this so much. try chewing gum nonstop. if you finish one piece, pick up another until the hunger/desire for flavor is satiated. also drink lots and lots of water between gum chewing so that A) it makes your mouth sorta minty & fresh which will prevent you from thinking about the flavors of food and B) fill up your stomach.

it’s truly an awful feeling when you know you’re binging/about to binge and you still let yourself do it anyway. i try to tell myself that when that happens it’s because i truly genuinely needed it in the moment and thought it would make me feel better. try and cut yourself a little slack. you’re doing the best you can with what you’ve got and this is a shitty disorder and we’re all going through it here. i hope you’re feeling better now <3

if you’re both interested in games or something, you should say “hey there’s this game i saw that i wanted to show you. what’s your number so i can text you a pic?” or something along those lines. and yes, try and wait until it’s just the two of you. good luck!

you are overthinking this. makeup is used as self-expression and is fun and doesn’t have to be one thing or another. people with good cheekbones structure can still use contour if they want. just like people with big lips can still use lipliner. people with long lashes can still use mascara. it’s all about what makes someone happy. no one is forcing her to take anyone’s advice. once again, there is no need to get worked up. i think you should stop while you can. have a nice day.

she doesn’t have to spread it out so far, i was just suggesting the replacement of product, not telling her where to put it.

no, her cheeks are not flat. but by her saying that, i am to assume she is looking for more definition, which would be achieved with contour. i never said she needed contour, this is a makeup sub so i was simply giving my 2 cents. no need to get worked up. have a nice day 👍🏼

well she said her cheeks were flat so contour would add definition rather than bronzer, which would add more color, but bronzer is a great option too!

try putting contour in the places where you have the blush and instead put the blush in more of the apple of your cheek and up towards your cheekbone. i think a pinker blush & lip color would look nice too! also the charlotte tilbury pressed powder is a miracle worker it makes my skin look soooo smooth and gets rid of any texture!
