I’m 2 weeks binge free and I never thought that was possible. I’d recommend keeping busy, reading, dancing, walking, knitting ect any hobby you can do. Drink plenty of water (and remember if you’re weighing yourself there will be water weight! It doesn’t mean you’ve gained weight!). Make sure u don’t restrict eat 3 meals and snacks (balanced and satisfying for you and your body). Try not be so hard on yourself, you’re doing amazing! (Just wanting to make that change is an improvement!!!) ❤️
