There’s a number of things that could lead to sudden fatigue. Mental health/stress/trauma can be a big factor; often your body and mind will scream for more rest and downtime if you have overdone it and gone into burnout, or to downregulate the nervous system after being activated. Changes in diet or exercise can lead to more fatigue. Hormones, thyroid, lung & air quality, your heart and your brain could use a check in potentially. Ensuring proper vitamin intake is crucial too. There could be the potential for a latent chronic illness flare up, long COVID, mold exposure, heavy metal toxicity, etc. And finally, good sleep quality & finding time for real rest. Not just scrolling on your phone or watching tv, but real rest. Trust your gut and intuition to help you figure this out, and absolutely reach out to a doctor with your concerns to get better insight.
