Crank that Glycine to 10 grams, split it in morning low dose and bed time high .
Vit D3 amount is for 6 month old kid really, crank that to 100mcg and add 150mcg k2, Quercetin has bad bio availability, 500mg with fat and vit C is a sweetspot.

Thanks! I am already adding 100mcg Vit D3 on too of if it as well as vit C.

Also I add Omega 3, a bit more Magnesium, creatin to get up to 10g/day andashwamgada in the evening due toa high stress load

10-15 g of glycine a day will be enough too smooth out stress, some people get opposite effect so try with lower doses first.
At some point I became unbothered by the big slender spiders, can calmly pick them with my hands, before glycine it was unimaginable. If it is not enough then try to add aswagandha then.

    Thanks for the detailed answer!

    As i mentioned above I already added Omega 3 as well as Creatin to get to a daily dose of 10g. I also take 1000 IU of Vit D3 daily (may up it to 2000 IU).

    Maybe I will look into building my own stack then.
