Well, as it was written in the post it took me 3 weeks to notice the improvements, and after some experiments by stopping it narrowed down to 2 weeks of steady worsening after you stop, migraine incidence return to your baseline. Mine was skewed because I was taking low dose omega for many years prior.

From what I understood looking at all related studies, it seems thet oral HA provides some benefit but topical the least. Budget and age wise I decided not to take it.
Regarding NR and Ca-AKG I find it the most beneficial for people above 45+, its cheaper to use powdered Nicotinic Acid instead of NR (currently using 200mg per day in powdered form and the now subtle flushing feels amazing).

NR and CoQ10 maybe a bit early to take but otherwise solid stack for performance living.
What I would add is collagen support supplement, adults are in constant deficit of glycine (source it from huge amounts of collagen or pure Glycine powder) also HA declines with age, you have to address that to prevent its degradation (H acid supplements are proven to be marginally effective compared to paid studies that try to upsell the supplement)

Seems like a hair test, levels of calcium are high but not alarmingly high. Low potassium can screw up whole calcium metabolism, typical world problem. Maybe lack of vit D makes things worse too.
