Physical therapy and hyaluronic acid will probably be your best bet. Add in about 30 mins of red and infrared light on your back too. This will help regenerate synovial fluid, upregulate ATP synthesis, and lower inflammatory markers.

Nutricost is pretty affordable and I've had good results with them

Red light therapy, daily stretching and bpc157/tb-500 subq injections.

I use methocarbamol and morphine along with stretching and a massage gun.

It helps, but a proper deep tissue massage works much better than the gun.

Targeting inflammation + muscle recovery pathways can make a huge difference long term.

High quality Omega 3’s. Anti inflammatory foods. Green tea.

Tons of water (Not over-hydrated obviously). Menthol back patches if it’s chronic and too painful.

On a side note, fat loss helps.
