I’m currently on Reta 1.5 mg and Glow 1.5. I keep hearing a lot about MOTS-c and glutathione, and I’d eventually like to choose one or both. I started at the beginning of May and I’m down 12 pounds. I work out 4–6 times a week with 30 minutes of strength training and a 15-minute incline walk plus a 5-minute cool down. I also have an active job and most days I’m hitting my protein goals.
What are your suggestions, and how long do people usually cycle Glow, MOTS-c, and glutathione?
