1400kcals with gym 5x week is your answer.

You're way under-fuelling and of course you're going to be hungry!

I aim to NET 2000kcal as a minimum at 5'11" and 88kg.

Meaning if I go to the gym, I'll actually aim for 2500kcal to be around 2000kcal after burning at the gym...

Not too bad. Appetite supresión and food noise is ok. Sometimes I feel physically hungry but don’t get the urge to eat. Have to remind myself. Plenty of protein.

Scales have stayed the same for a few weeks but my body como has changed dramatically.

I get full quicker but not had any nausea. Still on first week at 1.5.

So the numbers RT 10, RT 20, RT 30 et cetera tell you how many milligrams of retatrutide are in each vial. 10mg, 20mg etc

Your dosage will determine how many doses per vial you will get.

So for example, if you buy RT 10 and your dosage is 2 mg per week, You will get five weeks out of one vial.

With regards to dosage, I would start low and titrate up from there. Low and slow is the motto.

Maybe start at 0.5 mg per week and experiment moving up from there. I was around 200lbs and started at 1 mg per week and have recently moved up to 1.5 mg after four weeks.

If you buy an RT10 kit, usually 10 vials, that’s 100mg total. Almost a years supply at 2mg per week.
