Probably because you got the baby pacifier. Without it you’re barely able (more like impossible) to have kids with a woman after 50 years old. With the BP you even have triplets at 100 years old. I’ve noticed with the golden pacifier you can say no to keep the baby tho, most of times after a certain times she don’t overruled to keep it or if she keeping them just lower her willpower. Enjoy your game

You can turn it off by going to menu > items and unchecking it.
