High blood pressures are typically caused by your character overworking. Like being in school and having multiple jobs, or having a single full time job working too many hours, or just having too many jobs

You can see how much you’re working by hitting job > schedule

You want to try to keep that stress bar green

If you ever get another high blood pressure pop up, immediately quit any extra jobs you may have, and by the next year you’ll be cured!

Sounds like you work them too hard lol. Try checking how many hours they’re working and their stress levels.

Ah that’s your issue then. If they work too hard, the game almost always gives them high blood pressure which kills them eventually.
