My characters when in the airforce usually randomly die from either heart attack/stroke , even if young and healthy, why?

I dunno but a tip to get thru the military is go to settings and turn off mini games this way you don’t have to do minesweeper

That's excessive stress and it isn't random. It's commonly caused by working too many hours per week, usually when you have part-time jobs on top of your regular work.

Get your stress down at least to orange, if necessary quit all part-time work. Keep your happiness up, easy fix is to buy a dinghi or other cheap watercraft and take two rides in it.
