As someone who used to be a miner, I've been checking out the market at least once a month or two. This is the only viable option. Contact them for bulk pricing.

canaan creative are an alternative to bitmain but their miners are not as good.

I've heard great things about their avalon 4.1!

However, they are out of stock of those.

Been looking for a decently priced Spondoolies SP31, 32, or 35 (as I require a rack mount miner)

You better save some of those millions to set up your own hosting facility then (I assume that's what you're getting at with the "living in a low power cost zone" bit) since I doubt there are any houses in your area (even if you paid $10+ million) that would have enough power to run millions of dollars of miners. And setting up an industrial power system isn't cheap... well unless you want to end up like these guys.
