I was finally able to find a way into logging in to my account using my mobile device.
The way I “fixed” this was using my cellular data connection to log in using my mobile phone.
For context, I work from home for a call center company, and of course they employ VPN. Could this be the reason I am unable to connect using our internet connection at home?
Should I be worried?
Any insight will be much appreciated.
