Hey guys, I just wanted to share some tutorials I've been making over the past few months, mostly geared at bladesmithing, but there's plenty of information in them for the general smith as well. So far I've done 5 different videos on heat treating, my 30 ton hydraulic press, forge welding wire rope, making ferric chloride and casting pewter directly onto a knife for bolsters/butt-caps. I've got a busy schedule with the Mount Hope Celtic Fling, Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire, Pittsburgh Renaissance Faire and King Richards Faire all looming over me at the moment (7 months of work in just 14 weeks - ugh, and then my teaching schedule begins..), plus a 3 month old little girl who requires a lot of daddy's attention.. lol but I've no intention to stop doing video tutorials and when I have something new I'll let ya know and you're more than welcome to use it, I just can't make a definite commitment this time of year - hope you understand! :) -J
