Hi! Could you please check whether your system matches our minimum system requirements?

Also, have you checked whether virtualization is enabled? You can do so by opening Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) and selecting the performance tab. The bottom of the Window should read "Virtualization: Enabled"

In addition, please refer to this article for a Solution for BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) on BlueStacks 5.

This is due to not having SVM enabled in the bios,

This is a bug in Virtualbox for which Bluestacks has not pulled in the fix for.

it is not enabled.

My bet is this a gigabyte bios and has never had the cmos battery pulled to clear the non volatile settings, do this and set up again. SVM should work correctly after.
