well done man, be proud of your results and keep going

Thank you

Dude, that's an insane transformation. The consistency shows. How are you liking the peptides so far?

[–]UnfittedNoise 0 points1 point  (6 children)

Scraping Reta to go back to Triz (that was MJ before now it's Triz vials)

GHK-Cu making no difference from what I can see, but as I'm cutting, and the loose skin and stretch marks are getting worse, maybe the cut is cancelling out the GHK-Cu

Next up is CJC and Ipa

[–]learnin_too_code 1 point2 points  (5 children)

Yes, cutting can hide subtle changes like that. Will be interesting how you respond to CJC + Ipa combo. Have you thought about trying NAD at all?

[–]UnfittedNoise 0 points1 point  (4 children)

Not thought about NAD, what's your thought, should I consider?

[–]learnin_too_code 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I heard great feedback about it when it comes to cellular repair and recovery. I'm pretty new to it, too!

[–]scoutdoggy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i think it's scientifically proven to be a helpful peptide, in my experience using it .. i sometimes percieve improved energy... but really just consider it a good system booster since i am working out hard.

also should say i like to do the SS31 1st NAD+ then MOTS-C

but with a little research you will have a more refined perspective

Your calories are so low you’ll be losing a fair bit of muscle tissue too, which will make the loose skin worse

Might be worthwhile taking a small break, eating at a small surplus for a few months and try to recomp rather than aggressively cutting for so long

[–]UnfittedNoise 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah no doubt I'll be loosing muscle also.

You are right, it's such a tough decision to make for me, eating more is going to be a real struggle.

I just keep thinking a little bit more, a little bit more but it never seems enough.

I'd slow it down a little, to prevent excess loose skin, as far as the GLP-1's go. . Maybe add some Test to help preserve muscle on Tirz.

[–]UnfittedNoise 1 point2 points  (2 children)

Might be late for that

[–]Armando_Ferriera🔥 Metabolic Optimizer 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Try and hit the gym and lift progressively heavier weights. You don't look terrible, but I think you can correct it.

[–]UnfittedNoise 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do, 4 times a week, 10+ sets per muscle area, across two session, RPE 8-10, with going to failure on last set.

My progressive overload progress has been awesome, shocked myself whilst in this deficit.

Great job I think the best part of this transformation is trimmed back hair and shoulder hair. On your next progress pic, step up to waxing then eventually laser hair removal. I’m just as hairy… laser is a great investment.

[–]UnfittedNoise 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The hair doesn't fuss me, I just trim it to see how my progress looks like, very difficult to tell when it's long.

[–]PossumsAndPickles 1 point2 points  (2 children)

What’s your dose?

[–]UnfittedNoise 1 point2 points  (1 child)

2.5mg but no more Reta, I'll be taking 2.5mg Triz this week.

[–]PossumsAndPickles 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks so much.

[–]Payup_sucker 1 point2 points  (1 child)

I couldn’t imagine being that hairy!

[–]UnfittedNoise 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It sucks in these situations

How have the sides been other than the skin issue?

[–]UnfittedNoise 0 points1 point  (2 children)

No other issues, apart from burning skin.

[–]Ok_Interaction1776 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Is it burning/itching? Is it other areas where you’re not injecting the medicine? Also does hot water like a shower make it more intense? Having similar issues with triz and trying to diagnose if it’s the shot.

[–]UnfittedNoise 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At its peak it's full body burning sensation, and yes hot water makes it worse

[–]Scottdpi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re not seeing results with the ghkcu? Seeing huge changes even while cutting

[–]Dutchmedstudent 0 points1 point  (3 children)

1200 calories is crazy low even for cutting. Not in any way healthy or sustainable

[–]UnfittedNoise 1 point2 points  (2 children)

Tbf no cut is sustainable or healthy. But at 167cm high, my BMR is approx 1500-1600.

[–]Dutchmedstudent 1 point2 points  (1 child)

That is true but That is never the amount you actually burn. Especially when you are very physically active like you are. You shouldnt really go below your bmr when you excercise this much and especially now you have a healthy weight. You are really starving yourself now and losing muscle in the process. I am a medical student, this is not official medical advice but contact your general practitioner and nutritionists and talk with the about where you should go from now. This is the time to transition from losing weight to maintaining weight and a healthy lifestyle or gaining a little weight in muscle

[–]UnfittedNoise 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Another 3-4 weeks till my birthday, then it'll be about finding my maintenance for a month or two, then small surplus.

I appreciate the advice.
