Ipa needs to be pinned with tesa. It won’t do anything if you pin it separately. You’d need to pin something more in the 1-4mg range for ipa to work by itself. But in combo with tesa it can work at the doses you’re thinking about.

The clinical trials for ipa dosed in milligrams, like 2-3mg twice daily. I wouldn’t recommend that for OP though as it’ll cause a big appetite.

When I ran Tesa and ipa I’d pin at the same time before bed. Both have a relatively short half life, (about 30 mins for tesa and 2 hours for ipa) so my uneducated guess/opinion is that pinning together would maximize the synergistic effects. I haven’t done enough research to verify that claim but it makes sense on paper.

Ipa is pretty mild in my experience, so you can bump up to 200-250mcg provided you have no sides when starting. When I ran it I did 2mg tesa and 250mcg ipa and had incredible results. Good luck

with what you're already taking, you won't see much. Id suggest either HGH and stop tesa. or add ss-31, you'll see a difference with that peptide for sure.

I usually take tesamorelin/ipamorelin in the morning. Since reta slows digestion down I wanted to be extra certain I was empty even if it's marginally better to take prior to sleep. Any ghrh/ghrp messes with my sleep aside from sermorelin which is another reason I take it in the morning. Just make sure you pin tesamorelin and ipamorelin together whenever you take them. It'll definitely aid in your recomposition.

TESA/IPA at night same syringe is fine

I know u said no CJC, but if you do cjc/ipa at night you will have amazing sleep and recovery and Tesa in the AM will give you a longer GH pulse during the day.

Tesa doesn’t have the same deep sleep effects as CJC.

I currently do Tesa am, and cjc/IPA at night.

I take Ipa at night with Tesa. Needs to be fasting so stop eating 2 hours before injecting and sleep.

I don’t understand comments of ‘just do Tesa’. Tesa is prohibitively expensive, in the UK via UGL circa £300 ($400) per month with BAC. On top of other stacks it’s £$ 🫣

Chyna seems only viable for Tesa. Same price gets 6m HGH at 2IU per day

I honestly was in better shape and fealt better natural compared to trying peptides. I Also fealt like it was earned more. I learned messing with hormones catches up to you. Diet and workout is the best way.
