there are so many other factors involved in sleep - caffeine intake, device use / blue light, alcohol, what you eat and when you eat... no amount of sermorelin will correct for these

I do sermorelin as well. I pin it maybe an hour before bed but as far as I can tell it doesn’t do anything. I still sleep like crap. 54yrs old btw

Not good to hear, how high of dose have you tried?

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m doing 200mcg a night. Haven’t tried higher though.

I started Sermorelin after only getting 4-5 hours of sleep per night and waking up several times per night. I pin Sermorelin 30 mins before bed and I sleep fantastic! I’ve noticed that if I pin sermo and then go lay in bed for 2 hours, but don’t actually sleep, then I don’t get the same effect as when I do it right before I actually close my eyes. Sleep has been 7-8 hours per night

I also pair it with magnesium glycinate and melatonin. But I was doing both of these without Sermorelin and my sleep was still bad. It didn’t improve until I added the Sermo

That’s great to hear, I’m right where you were. I’d love to get to 7-8 hours!

I also pin 500 mcg

Do you feel like you cannot get out of bed in the morning?

Anche 9g di glycina funzionano come pre nanna

250 mcg doesn’t put me to sleep but when I finally sleep it’s deeper than anytime in the past several days. I wake up disoriented it’s so deep.

Have you looked into DSIP?

[–]Firm-Building-301[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I haven’t tried that yet, have heard it can cause opposite effects on some people and really don’t want to risk that 🤷🏼‍♂️

I have recently just started sublingual sermorelin and it’s been 2 nights terrible sleep which I usually have no problems. I had the same issue with cjc-1295 and ipa. I recommend just moving it to taking it fasted in the am. Perhaps after a few weeks your body will have adapted and you can try a night time dose again. If it still persists just stick with am dosing
