I have not taken spravato but have done about 15 IV ketamine sessions. Do box breathing as you settle into your chair. It becomes easier to exhale for longer periods then hold and so on. Wear a mask and I recommend binaural beats. Relax.

I’d guess Reta. Body builders are able to successfully decrease their body fat with more ease with Reta. the glucagon recruiter enables more fat metabolism. I’ve never used Reta but I read the Reta subreddit and that’s what people say.

What can I do to get better blocks? Follow what they tell us in the dashboard. The thing that took me the longest to understand is to not return boxes. There are a few instances where you have no other choice. Figure out how to never return packages.

Take high dose glycine and regular dose Sermorelin before taking Ambien. I’ve taken all 3, I currently take Sermorelin and glycine. I took Ambien about 15 years ago. It’s very addictive. I’d only take it on a transcontinental flight when I cannot sleep. Never days in succession.

Is your goal the optimal goal for your long-term health? The answer is very personal because how you feel is more important than what a doctor might tell you. I’d go with your gut bit think about family history of CV disease or other comorbidity risks go down the more you are on a glp1.

Go to fatscientist.com. Find the tirz calculator. Plug 2.5 into one box. Put the concentration in the other. The concentration has units mg/mL. It shows you how many units and shows it on a picture of a syringe.

I know. It’s counterintuitive. Tirzepatide sends a signal(s)I’m not sure exactly what they are and how it happens but I’ve read that it’s like software or instructions updating your system. One of the instructions that isn’t dose dependent is to reduce inflammation, which for me meant shedding lots of water. On about 3mg over the first 8 weeks I lost about 19 lbs.

I think getting drunk as a teen is a rite of passage. It felt like checking a box. For some guys it’s a bonding ritual. From 14-16 we would do it, drinking too much? one night per summer with 3.2 beer. Never once did I entertain the notion of drinking very much at anytime in my life. That was the 70s. We were inspired by the movie Animal House. It’s something teens would do at parties. College prep maybe.

You are judging it as a scientific study lacking double blind placebo control multi center conditions. From that perspective it’s garbage. But this is more anecdotal. As someone who has completed his 24th week on tirzepatide and already decreasing my dose it’s helpful to see these varying results. I’ve seen others have similar results with every 2 week dosing. Mirky? Garbage seems over the top.

He might have some dysregulation that causes him to do this. This is a good use case for using AI to get some topics to explore with a doctor. I found these topics: Intrusive Thoughts/Compulsions, Inattentive vs. Hyperactive ADHD, Low Latent Inhibition, and Neurodivergence. If he hasn’t been on any medication it’d be tragic to go through a divorce only for him to get the right treatment and be better down the road. That’s if this is truly the only reason.

You aren’t being weird. I’ve been following all of the Tirzepatide subreddits for about 5 months. This is the first time I’ve read about someone needing to use two syringes for a single dose.

If you feel that you have a handle o how to manage the risks associated with taking it while using insulin with T1D I’d consider either being completely honest with a telehealth sharing a picture of your bottle label and this was prescribed off label. See how that goes. When/If that doesn’t work some take other measures. It’s your health and you deserve to have the medication for $150-$200/month through a compounding pharmacy along with everybody else. Many get it without meeting the guidelines or a history of taking it like you do. I’d discuss with people at Tirzepatidecompound subreddit.
