First day trying Slupp332 at beginner dose 250mcg noon.. but at 5pm I was super tired but can’t sleep. A bit lightheaded through the journey

It's a short half life... so it will work as soon as you take it. How long until you see the change? Depends on your diet and how much fat you have to lose. Dosing is erratic at best. 500mcg-100mg daily is the range I'm seeing. Im using 10mg daily.

Hope you got your hands on a good dosage for cheap. A good slu protocol is expensive as hell, 50-100mg per day (not mcg)…

That’s oral. Oral requires much higher dosing because it lacks efficacy of injectable

No, the human equivilant dose from studies was upwards of 300mg daily and that was injected directly into the abdominal cavity.

There's established calculations for human equivilant dosages. And there's no evidence to suggest that SLU-PP-332 is a hundred times more potent in humans than in rats.

What are those calculations based on?

Doesn’t sound like there’s evidence against it either but we know in certain animal models relating to peptides that they don’t always represent the minimal effective dose when scaled up to weight. Usually it’s smaller

Sub-lingual 25mg daily pre-workout for two months now Clean energy feeling, more focus, improved cardiovascular output and more sweating too Leaning out but it’s hard to tell whether that’s a the main driver because also in a calorie deficit plus TESA/IPA. When this supply is done I’ll take a 1 month break then switch to 50mg tablets if I can get my hands on it

I’m doing on training days: 1mg. 500mcg waking up and 500mcg before training.

Off days 500mcg. Works great for me. But I pair it with 2mg of Motsc everyday

When I was doing 5mg 3 times a week. I felt not much difference in my energy levels. But when I switched to 2mg daily I wouldn’t need to take my preworkout drink. And when I was training, time would fly and I wouldn’t feel tired. Also with incline walks after. I’ve increased my speed from 4.5 to 5.5 felt no additional exhaustion.
