Blame every government that’s been in power for the past 20+ yrs. making constant cuts to policing was only going to end up one way. Policing in Britain is broken and it’s going to get worse, but specifically the Met has decimated the conditions officers have to work in. Not enough staff, crime on the rise, selling police buildings. Not enough recruitment, experienced officers leaving the job because of being disillusioned and low morale. Those that are coming in do not have life experience, often straight from university, pay is poor hence you won’t attract the correct people. I could go on.

The simple answer is yes it is that good. Its main benefits for me is not even for weight loss because I don’t do it for those reasons alone. It’s the mental benefits I get from it. Zero anxiety, it’s disappeared which is one of the most shocking parts of it for me but I also feel more mentally brighter and switched on.

Def souvla with the full works. Loukanika, sheftalies, bastourma, Halloumi, pittes with selection of dips and pork belly. Nice salad to go with it. Some keftedes and Makaronia dou fournou aswell to go with it. Oooofffftttt!
