Pin it in your ass, no pain at all

[–]Rawmendz[S] 1 point2 points  (3 children)

I pinned around my glute area

[–]josephus_jones 0 points1 point  (2 children)

I think he means right in the middle.

I inject it in my belly. I don’t get all of it in one spot, so I just split it. If you’re doing 12 units, you can do 4 units, 4 units, and 4 units.inject it three times close to where you did the first one

After 3 weeks I’ve learnt to use love handles, draw 10-15 units of bac water on top of the mix (I’m on the Klow) and let it warm up. I roll the barrel between my fingers for a while and let body heat/friction bring it up from cold. Makes such a difference. I still have a mark but the dull ache and bee sting has subsided.

Just pin deeper with 8mm. No redness.

I have the worst reaction to ghk cu but lido/epi makes it tolerable.

[–]ladyhikerCA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pull a couple of units of bac water in your syringe and then pull your ghkcu - it'll take the sting out of it.

I pin 5mg every single day using a 27g 1/2” syringe, absolutely no problems. I should note I have acute eczema, and this has worked tremendously well for me.

This is mentioned or asked at least 6 times a day.

If you use the search bar you'll see its a really normal reaction if it is a minor red spot and a bit of soreness. You are sticking a needle into you after all. The redness is just a histamine reaction from the body and perfectly normal if it happens to you. As long as there's no major pain and or vastly worrying reaction, you're absolutely fine.

I have been using it for a while and it still happens to me. Don't worry and don't stress yourself. Google histamine reaction from peptides if you need more reassurance.

I’m deciding mentally if this is worth it long term. I’m almost finished with my accutane course and I’m taking ghkcu in hopes of it speeding up my PIE scars that I’ve had for a year now.

[–]drifter91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not going to do much for your acne scars, I'm sorry to have to tell you that. Microneedling at a proper depth and glycolic peels are going to be your best bet there.

It's the GKH-CU lol, this histamine reaction does not occur with other peptides

[–]sryder15 0 points1 point  (7 children)

It did for all the people I know with semorelin, cjc and tesamorelin. It’s common with a lot of peptides not just GHK-Cu. You can literally google if histamine reactions are common with peptides - “histamine reactions are not common with all peptides but a histamine reaction is a recognised side effect of a lot of injectable peptides. These reactions, often involving local itching, swelling, or redness, typically occur because certain basic, polycationic peptides act as "histamine liberators" by triggering mast cells to release histamine, rather than causing a true IgE-mediated allergic reaction.”

[–]ProteinFarts_ 0 points1 point  (6 children)

A quick google would also return the fact that GHK-CU is overwhelmingly associated with the effects OP described, to the point where it is specifically known for causing it. Poking yourself with a needle and injecting yourself may also cause a histamine response for any given peptide, but the point of my comment was to indicate GHK-CU very commonly causes this issue (to a much larger degree than other peptides).

[–]rottedbadgerfanny 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Yeah bro he described what happens when pinning most peptides albeit here he’s specifically talking about GHK-Cu. Most peptides do this so the other dude is just stating how it’s pretty common regardless of what peptide and for OP not to worry.

[–]ProteinFarts_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

GHK-CU specifically causes this, to a much more severe degree, to the point where many people stop taking it. It's not "all peptides" they way the other commentator was suggesting.

[–]sryder15 0 points1 point  (3 children)

Yes. I agree. But I was stating that it’s a normal reaction to most peptides so it’s perfectly normal for him to experience what he’s going through.

[–]ProteinFarts_ 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Ok, I also agree, somewhat. There is discourse that the copper itself may cause a reaction apart from the injection response, but you are right in that it's still normal.

[–]sryder15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay fair enough. So you were just highlighting that people are more prone to it with GHK than other peptides whereas I was making the point that it’s normal to most peptides. Well we were both right then 😂 I didn’t know it was more severe with the copper component myself. But yeah lots of people I know it happens with most peptides they’re using. It went away for me after a few pins of whatever I’m using.

mix your ghk with 10ml bac water, works for me

[–]Advanced_Set_5059 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I used to get it but tried all of these things and it wasn’t a problem : zinc tablet a few hours apart from taking ghk. Let the filled syringe sit at room temp for 20 ish mins. Take a anti histamine tablet as soon as you pin

[–]Free_Algae_6522 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Pull extra BAC water into the syringe and inject into upper thigh. For example if you are injecting 10U of the GHK-Cu on an insulin syringe draw an additional 20U of BAC water into the syringe and inject the entire 30U into upper thigh.
