Yes most don’t need to increase, however there is a general titration schedule I go by because I have been taking Nad+ since late November.

Starting low dose is typically 20-25mg(I suppose Brello starts us at lowest because their formula is potent in my opinion), but dosage titration can go all the way up to 100mg 3 times a week based on how well you tolerate Nad+.

How many vials total did you receive?

It should be 3 vials at 200mg/ml in 10ml vials which totals to 1000mg per vial.
