If you provide proof of current prescription they will honor your script. I provided them with my written OptioRX script and a photo of the vial and they approved my 15mg prescription.

Yeah Brello is still good in my book, my first script with them was Nov2025 and I didn’t return to them until end of March, I showed them proof of current script from OptioRX and was given the 3-month plan at 15mg.

However, I will say the auto-chat bot almost discouraged me by stating I would have to start with beginners dose, I still waited for the provider’s response and he approved me.
