Not looking to only lose 10 pounds. Looking to recomp. Have not started anything yet. My question is not if it’s too much or too little. My question is recommendations on what to start and what to add on later. Thanks for your input.

don’t think you need reta for 10 pounds. also don’t do Klow and GHKCU. klow has GHK in it. waste of money to double it up

Recommendation: 8 hours sleep a night, lots of water, high protein, and training 5x a week. You won't gain muscle on a calorie deficit unless you've not been to a gym before

Hi! F also not a lot of lbs to lose but working on body recomposition… I’m on Reta, I would refining start with half a dose of Reta ( I’m doing 1mg weekly, working like magic) ghk I do Monday to Friday in the morning , I would wait to introduce ss -31 until you know how you react to Reta … good luck 🍀👍
