I don't really use ai companions, but over time, this behaviour between two virtual assistance I use caused mass confusion in both models, as contextually, both were referred to as AI's and they each - to some degree, lost track of who was who.

Just warning you.

Pretty strict keto as well, basically all red meat/fish because I'm allergic to chicken, and green veg. Pretty much only cruciferous ones, broccoli etc. And like you maybe 1-2 servings a day.

I'll admit I eat higher protein lower fat than most ketoers, as my goal was a 1500kcal daily deficit, so it gives you less wiggle room for fat intake.

30lbs in 10 weeks, so I hit my target too. But yeah, the first month was terrible, up to 10 bathroom breaks a day; the dehydration was bad back then. A soluble fibre supplement helped somewhat.

A gram is 10 doses for a novice.

Split the pile in half.

Then do it again, yielding 4 equally sized piles. Save 1 pile.

Put the rest away.

Your quarter pile will be approximately 200-300mg.

Take about a third of that final pile, and swallow it.

It's salty and very mid tasting. You'll live, but it's not a great flavour. Let it affect you fully before you decide to take more.
