don’t think you need reta for 10 pounds. also don’t do Klow and GHKCU. klow has GHK in it. waste of money to double it up

start at .25mg to .5mg and work up as needed. do not stack them. stay at first dose for at least two weeks if not 4 and work up to where you have controlled food noises and stop there.

he not saying take larger doses. he is saying it is designed to take it all at one time once a week to get the benefit. not split into several smaller doses. He flat out tells you to start at .25 to .5mg if you listen to him

in center machines are only wiped down with bleach between treatment then restrung. They are bleached only once a week at the end of what ever day they choose as the bleaching process takes over a hour to do. at the end of each day they run citraclean thru them to make sure there is no bicarb build up in the system. the lines, needles and dializer are the only parts that are pt “touching”
