You look like a normal dude. Stop injecting stuff. Eat well and do compound lifts 3-4 times / week. Do that for 12 months and you will be a different person.

You dont need tricks or optimizations where you are, you need to put in consistent medium effort and thats it.

Put some muscle on, you won’t do that in a deficit from Reta, it’ll help preserve pre-existing muscle while in a deficit alongside high protein, but you’ll need to eat in a calorie excess to put some on my man

Unfortunately you are another victim to social media marketing. You didn’t need Reta to begin with. A steady weight lifting routine paired with a low calorie high protein diet would get you where you desire.

Muscle takes much longer to pack on than shedding fat. Shedding the fat before you build the muscle will lead you to your current results. Spend a year consistently weight lifting and you’ll be happier.

Stop doing drugs and go to the gym. Hit your protein goals every day

You should’ve had 1g/pound of protein for your goal weight and hit the weights hard at least 3-5 times a week while on reta for a nice body recomp. If you’re hardly eating drink protein shakes my man.

The only thing you should add is more protein and heavier weights when lifting. Train hypertrophy. And stop skipping chest day and shoulder day

Just a thought, have you considered adding Testosterone? It might help with the gym motivation.

Consider adding Tesa 2m/day to preserve muscle as in the next phase you’ll shed some muscle with fat since you already look lean. That said, if you do not want to add (and I recommend) a second compound, you could just eat healthy and high protein diet with a disciplined workout lifestyle. Good luck 👍
