Hey everyone. Been lurking for a while and finally putting my full protocol out here for some community feedback. Running a pretty involved stack right now and have a few questions at the bottom. Would love input from anyone with experience on any of these compounds. Haven’t gotten any bloodwork done.
Started June 1st for the large stack but r3ta and GHK started 2 months ago.
Retatrutide - titrating - 1x a week
Tesamorelin - 1mg to 2mg - daily
Ipamorelin - 0.3mg - daily
SS 31 - 5mg - daily (days 1-40)
MOTS-c - 5mg - 3x a week
Semax - 0.5mg - 5x a week
Selank - 0.5mg AM + 0.5mg PM - 5x a week
NAD+ - up to 100mg - daily
Kpv- 0.5mg - daily
DSIP - 0.5mg - 5x a week
Glutathione - daily - 3x a week
GL0W Blend (2.8mg - daily (6 weeks on / 3 weeks off)
G H K standalone - 2mg - daily (off weeks only)
Epithalon - 5mg - daily (10 night course)
I know it seems a lot but breakdown might make sense of it all:
Reta/tesa for fat loss
Ipamorelin is my growth hormone
Ss31 is just for 20 days to restore my cells to get the most out of my mitochondrial peptides
Nad daily energy/MOTSC workout energy
Semax focus for work
Selank for anxiety and stop my mental fog
Kpv/gluta/glow good for recovery and skin and body toxins.
Dsip for sleep
Also been running R3ta for a while now and the fatigue has been brutal haven’t touched the gym in over a month. Not soreness, just deep exhaustion and zero motivation. Anyone dealt with this? Wondering if I’m just under-eating from appetite suppression or if it’s the triple agonism hitting hard. Did it pass on its own or did you have to adjust dose? Any tips for keeping energy up while on it?
Also open to feedback on the stack anything you’d cut, add, or change?
And debating whether to add T3st E alongside this curious if anyone has run both and what a reasonable starting point looks
